Response time commitment: most emails receive a reply within 48 hours. Complex questions, correction verifications, and press inquiries may take up to 5 business days.

Corrections and Fact-Checks
If you spot a factual error on the site — a wrong number, a misattributed citation, a broken link, an outdated study reference — please email us. Include:
- The specific URL of the affected page
- The exact text or claim you believe is incorrect
- The source you are citing for the correction (peer-reviewed studies preferred)
We take corrections seriously. Verified corrections are applied to the article and the modified date is bumped to reflect the update.
Reader Feedback
If a calculator returned an unexpected result, an article was unclear, or you have a specific question about the methodology, we want to hear it. Reader feedback shapes editorial priorities — most recent article updates trace back to a reader question.
Media and Press Inquiries
Journalists, podcasters, and other media professionals looking to cite FFMI Check content or interview the publisher can reach us at the same email address. Please include:

Advertising and Sponsorship
FFMI Check accepts display advertising via Google AdSense and select direct sponsorship inquiries for relevant products (evidence-based supplements, fitness equipment, measurement tools). We do not accept advertising for:
- Steroid or performance-enhancing drug retailers
- Untested supplement brands
- Diet products making unrealistic weight-loss claims
- Any product we would not personally recommend
Direct sponsorship inquiries: same email address, subject line starting with "Sponsorship."
Guest Post and Content Collaboration
FFMI Check does not accept unsolicited guest post submissions or link-insertion requests. All articles on the site are produced in-house. Emails offering "guest post opportunities" or link-building services will not receive a response.

For the following, please do not email us — the answer is elsewhere:
- Personal fitness advice. We publish general educational content, not 1-on-1 coaching. Consult a certified trainer or registered dietitian.
- Medical questions. FFMI Check is not a medical resource. See a physician.
- Calculator technical bugs. These are logged and fixed in the site backlog. If a calculator returns clearly wrong output, email us with the input values used.
- Duplicate content complaints. All content on FFMI Check is original. If you believe otherwise, include the specific URL comparison and we will investigate.
